Frank Pallotta
has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate
industry, representing mortgage bankers, banks, credit
unions, builders, developers, title insurance companies,
investors and homeowner associations.
He received his J.D. Degree in
1984 from Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University,
Macon, Georgia, and was admitted to the State Bar of
Georgia the same year. He immediately joined Weiner,
Dwyer, Yancey, Mackin & Howell
as an Associate Attorney.
Pallotta joined Sellers, Atkinson & Jose,
P.C., Marietta, Georgia, in 1987, and worked there
for 11 years before establishing his own law firm in
1998.
He is a member of the Georgia Bar Association,
the Cherokee Association of Realtors, Georgia
Association of Realtors, and the Cherokee County
Chamber of Commerce.
He holds a B.A. in English from Vanderbilt University,
Nashville, Tennessee.
